CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment & Cancellation Policy Deposits * A deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward your scheduled service if you arrive as scheduled. * If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or you fail to show, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation & No-Show Policy * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. * No-shows will also be charged a 50% no-show fee. * Remaining balances for cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. Payment Policy * The remaining balance for all services is due immediately upon completion of your appointment. * Any invoice not paid at the time of service will incur a 15% late payment fee. * Unpaid balances must be satisfied before any future appointments can be be scheduled. Refund Policy * No refunds will be issued for services rendered. * Store credit may be provided, at management’s discretion, for eligible prepaid services that have not been used. Package Policy * Once a treatment package has begun, it is considered an active treatment plan. * If you cancel a package after services have started, the remaining services are forfeited. No refunds or store credit will be issued for unused treatments. * Missing scheduled treatments may affect your results and may require restarting your treatment plan. Rescheduling Policy * Appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times. * After the second reschedule, the appointment will be canceled, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
